A necessary perennial in the food garden. Chives are great on everything and anything, one of the first fresh garnishes from the garden!

Seed starting
Sow indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost. I like to scatter the seeds and cover them ever so lightly with soil. Keep moist. Plant up in clumps, into plugs. Transplant outside in clumps once plant is established.
