Our 100% grass fed lamb is a mixed breed of heritage sheep : Blue-Faced Leicester, Gotland, Icelandic, and Finn sheep. We love our small flock of multi purpose sheep (meat, wool and manure makers).
We offer half lamb or full lamb purchases. 2024 lambs are processed at Reiche Meat Products in Renfrew. They will be going to slaughter December 17, and will be available as of December 23 2024.
We ask for a 100 $ deposit for a half lamb, and a 200 $ deposit for a full lamb: approximately half of the full price of your order. This deposit reserves your meat, and helps us cover costs incurred throughout the year.
We are selling lamb at 17$/lb. Meat will be packaged in good old butcher paper. See below for the meat cuts - if you have preferences we can make changes (bone in or out, more ground or cubed meats, etc).
Meat will be available for pick-up at the farm, or by delivery in Hull / Chelsea / Wakefield / Shawville / Ottawa areas for a 10 $ delivery fee - this fee will be applied to your order.
