Red giant mustard originates from Japan. A delicious flavourful 'mustard green' that is both crunchy and tender - I eat it as my main salad crop. Hardy. cold loving plants. They tend to reseed if seeds are left to scatter in garden. Will get 'hotter' as the leaves grow bigger.

Seed starting

Direct sow out in the garden as soon as soil can be worked. Sow 1/4inch deep and cover lightly. Thin for full sized plants, or scatter for baby leaves.
