Santo Coriander
Santo Coriander
Coriandrum sativum.
Annual plant, open pollinated.
This is a variety that is bred for slow bolting. Coriander is a notorious bolter (that is, it jumps to producing flower heads as soon as possible). If you're a fan of cilantro or and coriander, this one is a must! Continuous sowing is ideal to produce coriander all summer long.
Days to maturity: 55 days full size, 90-110 days for seed.
50 seeds per pack.
Seed starting
Direct seed out in the garden as soon as soil can be worked (tolerates cold), approximately two weeks before the last frost. Plant at a depth of 1/4inch.
We live and garden on ancestral territory of Algonquin Anishnaabeg People, forever territory of wild fauna & flora, cultivated lands of Irish and French settlers, and now beloved home of the junco seeds family (humans, chickens, dogs, sheep and cats)
