An amazing variety of mustard - honestly all mustard greens are my favorite. This is a crunchy, curled mustard heirloom that dates back to the 1880s and grows to 2ft tall. This is a hardy cold loving plant. I use it in just about anything. Lovely raw in salads, or lightly cooked.
Days to maturity: 45-90

Seed starting
Direct sow out in the garden as soon as soil can be worked. Sow 1/4inch deep and cover lightly. Thin for full sized plants, or scatter for baby leaves.
