2024 garlic is here !

Our garlic is grown with care, love and attention.  It is planted by hand in late October. It is extremely drought tolerant ! The only watering it gets is rain. Harvested with care, hung onto rafters in bunches in the barn to dry for 3-4 weeks. Then it is cleaned, graded, and separated in seed garlic (for sale & next year's crop), braid garlic, bulk garlic, and kitchen garlic. 

We are offering bulk garlic by the pound and half pound : this is a mix of Medium - Large bulbs.  

Seed Garlic is a high quality, well inspected large bulb. 

Garlic grading (inches by diameter):

Medium / Large bulbs : 1.5 - 2 inches/diameter

Large / X-Large bulbs : 1.75 - 2.5 inches/diameter
