Rocambole - hardneck garlic.

Rocambole types are a classic heirloom garlic. Spanish Roja has a deep, earthy, creamy and rich flavour. Great for slow cooking and roasting.

Bulbs are generally very big, with big individual cloves that peel easily. Easy to grow, easy to serve!

Seed was originally sourced from Mayo Hill in 2021.
